If your Google Play Store closes or crashes, please follow the below steps to troubleshoot the issue. First ensure that the date/time on your WAVE / WAVE + Lily is correct.
1. Go to Settings --> SEE ALL SETTINGS --> APPS
2. Open the Google Play Store app
3. Tap on Uninstall Updates
4. Tap OK to restore app to factory version
5. Tap the Home button
6. Launch the Google Play Store app
