If you are getting the pop-up message "Unfortunately Touchjet Pond has stopped working", it could mean that the memory on the Pond is full.
We suggest doing a factory reset without backing up the data. You will lose all data and apps on the Pond and will need to re-install the apps from Google Play.
1. Tap on SEE ALL SETTINGS
2. Scroll down and tap on Backup & Reset
3. Tap on Factory data reset
4. Check Erase SD/TF card and tap on Reset device
This should restore your Pond to its factory settings.
